Who Are These Classes For?
These classes are suitable for all women from 14 weeks of pregnancy onwards, including:
• First-time mums
• Second, third (or more!) pregnancies
• Complete beginners to yoga
• Those returning to yoga
You do not need to be flexible.
You do not need any previous experience.
This is a space where you can arrive exactly as you are.
More Than Just Yoga
Yes, we move our bodies — but these classes are about so much more.
They are a space to:
• slow down
• reconnect with your body
• build confidence in your pregnancy and birth
• feel supported by other women on the same journey
Each class is shaped by how you are feeling that day — sometimes more movement, sometimes more rest.
What Happens in a Class?
Each 75-minute session includes a blend of:
Connection & Sharing
We begin by checking in — sharing (if you wish) the highs and lows of the week in a safe, supportive space.
Breathing Techniques
You’ll learn three key breathing techniques to support:
• pregnancy
• labour and birth (including caesarean births)
• postnatal recovery
Physical Practice
A gentle, supportive flow including:
• standing postures for strength & stamina
• all fours positions to relieve pressure
• seated postures for rest and bonding
• prenatal sun salutations
Deep Relaxation
Each class ends with a guided pregnancy relaxation — a chance to fully switch off and absorb the benefits of your practice.
Weekly Themes
Each class is guided by a weekly theme, such as:
• trusting your body
• building stamina for birth
• emotional resilience
• relieving back pain
• visualisation for labour
Even if a theme doesn’t feel immediately relevant, everything is adapted for you — every week, every class.
A Personal, Tailored Experience
These are not one-size-fits-all classes.
They are:
• responsive to the group
• adapted for individual needs
• shaped by your energy, your body, your pregnancy
With 9 years of experience, I bring both knowledge and care to every session
